IONIC stopped holding charge

Got Ionic December 2017.  Within the last week it eats through charge.  Had been about 20% a day, now it is down to about 50% every 12 hours. I have not added any new programs, watch faces, etc. I have rebooted the watch, the program and charge regularly. 

 

Any ideas besides not buying Fitbit products in the future?

 

This is my second Fitbit it appears that they only last 12-18 months.  Not impressed!

I have the same problem intermittently, about every 3rd or 4th charge. When it happens it will use 50% in 12 hours. I have no wireless, or other apps running, don't have music on it, never use it pay, and only use it to track steps. Mine was an gift for Xmas 2018 and only first used in mid January this year. Really dissapointed with this gadget.
