No idea how, but my Ionic started displaying the "IONIC stuck on Fitbit logo & Fitbit.com/setup" screen. Having done some research, this appears after a Factory Reset, but I did not initiate it
I can no longer connect my phone to the Ionic. Any attempt to add it to my account fails. The setup process gets as far as "Finding" the device, but then fails to connect, stating I should restart bluetooth on the phone
Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this.

Hi @Beachbum2D, good to see you in the community.
Can you try going into your phones Bluetooth settings and unpair/forget the Ionic from there. Then restart your phone and also restart the Ionic (here) and try performing the set up process again.
