For some reason the order of the choices on my watch have changed order? And also the heart rate one has stopped scrolling across. Anyone else?

Hi @Kaylm, welcome to the community.

 

Are you saying that you wish to reorder the app icons on your Ionic. You can just press and hold and then drag them into any order you wish. 

 

If you are talking about stats on the watch face, have you recently changed watch faces? In the fitbit app, tap on account (you picture) - Ionic - Clock faces - tap on the clock face - select setting. See if you can rearrange your stats in there.
