Hello,
I'm looking for a key that translates icons seen on my watch face. Specifically, there are, at times not during workouts, 2 white dots that appear above the heart rate icon, usually when my HR is above 100. Then they disappear. Does anyone know what this indicates? Or is there a resource that has a key of what all icons mean? I looked in the user's manual and the fitbit app without success. Thank you.

@Ray_L It's telling you what heart rate zone you are in. Here is a link to the Help that describes heart rate zones.
I changed to that clock face and started moving. The two dots above are in your Fat Burn Zone. In the Cardio Zone, you will get one dot above and one below. At you Peak Heart rate, you get two dots below.
This is a useful clock face if you want to exercise in a specific heart rate zone.
I think having a description of every clock face in the manual would be very cumbersome. An explanation in the app description would be very helpful.
I use "Gauges" and it does not behave this way. As my heart rate goes up, the red circle goes farther around. A full circle at my peak heart rate. No dots on that face.
