I have my Auto Recognize on for my new Iconic but it has not worked the past two times I was on the treadmill. I have the function turned on and at 10min as my work out is 20min long. Anyone have any suggestions. this worked flawlessly with my Alta HR

You probably already learned this from using your Alta HR, but make sure to keep your hands off the rails on the treadmill.  That wreaks havoc with the step count and probably can interrupt the auto-detect tech.

The other thing to try is turning treadmill off from your list of auto-recognized activities, syncing, and then adding it back, sync, and give it another try.

And, of course, restarting the Ionic (Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen -- about 10 seconds or less), is always a good troubleshoot 😉

It's great to see you around @DSmags. I would like you to confirm you've tried the following steps in order to get SmartTrack working properly:

Restart your Ionic

- Turn SmartTrack off and sync

- Turn SmartTrack on again and double check all the activities are set to "on"

- Sync again

Are you getting treadmill activity recognize as elliptical on your Dashboard?

Thanks for the advice @Baltoscott
