Iconic Frozen after ReBoot following no-sync issue

Iconic wouldn't sync for two days, So When i had a moment I shut it down, thru the setting app on watch.

When I tried to restart it is stuck in a restart mode,  displays the Icon for a minute then goes blank.

Exactly the same thing happend to my wifes iconic two weeks ago.

Seems like ths may be a fault withthe last update?

How can I now force a restart?

Wow...Thought it was just me. This just happened to me this morning.  Same deal.  Was not linking up or displaying notifications.  Did the reboot.  Now stuck exactly the same way as you described.
