I've had the Iconic about 6 months working very well until two days ago. Started with intermittent connection failure with my headphones. Today, intermittent connection failure with my phone. This afternoon complete failure. Iconic does not appear on any of my bluetooth devices. I've tried pretty much every suggestion in the forum without success. My final attempt was to reset Iconic to factory settings; no success. I've tried on my iPhone, iPad, and Mac; Iconic does not appear on any device.
I like the device. A little help please.

If several restarts and a factory reset dont work then you will need to contact Support (link in my signature )
