My Fitbit has not turned back on since it updated on August 1. It is less than 1 year old. From other posts, this has happened to many other wearers. What else is there to do after cleaning the connections, getting a new charge cord, and trying to reset it by holding the Lt and bottom Rt buttons. Who do you contact to help?

I too have the same issue but only since yesterday. I was offered help with no positive results. Same as others. Good luck.
