Can someone help, I bought my Iconic last Xmas and it ran out of battery ive tried to charge it on the original lead and nothing, just bought the charge on a stand and nothing as well. Im ao disapointed as I bought a blaze last Xmas and it only lasted till July !! Now the Iconic packs up and its only April. Never got it wet and its been well looked after. Can someone help please otherwise it will be the last fitbit I will get involved with...

I had a similar problem. The Ionic would run out of battery and then it doesn't charge anymore or shows any sign, also not, if I plug it to the power and try to charge it. The support already wanted me to send it in, just when I tried to charge it again and then it finally did after a few days. That also happened two more times since then. It would not respond for a few days, if I let it discharge to much or long. Then I need to wait 3 to 5 days and it finally starts to charge again. No idea why, but at least works like that.
Hope that maybe solves your problem too
