Iconic inaccuracies

very disappointed that after functioning well for 10 days my Iconic has gone off the rails big tone, recorded a 6k walk as 2.7k another day @6074 steps with a distance of 32k and yesterday I compared accuracy with Walkmeter app, Iconic showed an extra kilometre walked to other app (is a regular walk). Then in a matter of an hour with only a few steps I was up to 

12k.  Anyone have any suggestions ( I have reset with no success)
