My Iconic got locked by grandson.  How do I unlockit?

is your ionic password protected and you don't recall what you picked? or did he set one up for you and that's how it locked? I can't think of any other way it could be locked, unless you mean it is screen locked - frozen - in which case you want to do a restart by holding the left and bottom right buttons in for at least ten seconds till the fitbit logo appears.
