I just bought fitbit ionic from USA and using it in India 

I am using one plus 5 android phones.

Its not getting connected . 

I can't change my new phone for fitbit ionic 

Kindly awaiting solution

Hi there @Oneplus5! 

 

I totally understand your frustration to this matter, The Samsung Oneplus 5 is currently not a supported device. Although the Oneplus 5 hasn't been fully tested and listed as supported, it wouldn't hurt to attempt to set up your Oneplus 5 for syncing with these steps. Depending on your device, all features may not be fully functional. Keep an eye on this list as it will be listed there once fully tested.
