So my fitbit is definatley charged as this started happening when it was about 50%. Basically the watch keeps going off and black. I try a restart, then it stays on the firbit logo for a long time, before showing my screensaver for a little while before reverting back to the fitbit logo. When on the screensaver it wont respond eiether to buttons or swiping etc. Tried this process a few times to try get it working, but running out of ideas ??

I think you'll need to try a Factory Reset. If that doesn't gef it back to working you will need to contact Support (link in my signature)

FACTORY RESET USING BUTTONS
On the watch, hold all three buttons for about twelve seconds. This triggers the 2-button hardware reboot after about eight seconds.
- When the Fitbit logo appears, then disappears, release the bottom right button, then continue holding the left and top right buttons until you feel a strong vibration. This indicates the factory reset was initiated.
- This process may take several seconds, and eventually, the Fitbit logo appears and the device boots and displays go to Fitbit.com/setup.
- If you fail to release the bottom right button in time, or otherwise don't follow the procedure precisely, the Fitbit logo reappears quickly and boots without factory reset.

If the device turns on, please go back to the Fitbit app and setup your device back to your account with these steps. Make sure your watch is plugged into a wall plug or a computer, next to the router and that there are no other trackers or devices with Bluetooth on nearby when setting up.  Please log into your account, go to account on the upper right corner, there look for "setup a device" and tap on it. Follow the instructions on the screen and let the watch charge for 2 hours.

Thanks for your response. I seem to be having no luck doing a factory reset, i certainly think i have done it right a few times but its not doing the strong vibrate.

The watch mostly has a black screen, wont go to screensaver and if it does the screen wont respond. However it appears to record my steps still, or at least some of them? Light at back of the watch for HR isn't appearing to come on though.

Many customers reporting the same problem. If it’s less than a year old Fitbit will send you a replacement. If not they will offer you a discount on a new one. There is no place to send it for repair. Call customer support as soon as possible. Good luck
