Iconic won't sync now won't hard reset

 So I've been having trouble for the last few days getting my iconic to sync to my new phone (oppo A73) and it's been cutting in and out. Likes to work here and there. 

After trying to look for a solution I decided to to a hard reset but now it's stuck on "Data not cleared, sync and try again" well if I could sync it to me phone we wouldn't be having this issue you sassy thing..

Please help! I've only had the iconic since December and the phone since last Thursday but syncing has always been a bit funny

I'm not sure if you have tried this already, but first restart your phone. Then go into settings - apps - fitbit app, press the button that says force stop then ok. Reopen the fitbit app like normal and see if that fixes the sync issue. It wouldn't hurt also restarting the Ionic too, press and hold the left button and bottom right button together for 15 secs until you see the fitbit logo.

Hi so this hasn't helped at all as my iconic is stuck on data not cleared, sync and try again but won't let anything sync with it. I've tried restarting the iconic before this happens multiple times but it wasn't working and it's not helping now either restarting to the app and forcing it to close wouldn't help if I've restarted my phone as all apps have been forced to shut down anyway when you turn off or restart your phone.

Your doesn't show up on the "List Of Supported Devices" so that may be why.  Oppo is on there under the Android platform, but not the A73.

yes, it doesn't look like you version of the oppo is supported. the R series is, but not the A. you may have to synch from your laptop instead of the phone....

The app works with A73. However, I haven't tried SMS integration, etc
