Recently had a problem with my ionic. The battery needed charging as it was very low , I was hoping to get through the day and charge at home . Then it died altogether I tried to charge it up and it would not even turn on or do anything. After much head scratching it was unplugged and left until morning where it was plugged in again and left for a few hours and after this it started to charge. Maybe if the fitbits could do with a shutdown mode at 5% this would be a great upgrade .
Best AnswerYes that can be annoying. If it happens again try putting your ionic on the charger and do several restarts. Usually that will get it going again.

Thank you for the help , I think a shutdown mode would be a great help , obviously not the only one this has happened to .
