Hi Guys,
Just got the new Ionic and nothing but problems.
1st and biggest issue is both Andriod phone and tablet cannot find tracker?? So logically I cannot add anything to the watch. This is driving me crazy as its useless as it stands.
Any ideas what to do. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the App, I have turned on and off the phone etc. I have turned on and off the Fitbit. NOTHING Works.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

If you haven't already done so, a good place to start would be this help article. It has some troubleshooting steps you can follow to hopefully solve your sync issues.
I also notice you mentioned that you have tried to sync with more then one device. It's best to turn off the Bluetooth on all but the device you are trying to sync with at the time and unpair any other devices that may be connected to it.
