Iconic won't synce

iconic won't sync. I have followed all the advice. turned off fitbit, turned off phone, turn off bluetooth etc etc. 

And now my fitbit keeps losing time, starts with 2 mins and then up to 10. 

Its less than a year old and I'm more than disappointed
