Help please- I can not load any music at all onto my new iconic!  Which device is the best to use: I Phone, I Pad or desktop mac?

 

I have lots of play lists in i tunes but can't seem to get the hang of this despite a subscription to Deezer..

The following help article should help with transferring music to your device.

 

"To download playlists to your watch, you need a computer with a Wi-Fi connection and the free Fitbit desktop app. Choose between the following options:

*Windows 10 PC and the Fitbit app
*Mac or Windows 7/8 PC and the Fitbit Connect app"

Did you download the Fitbit connect app to your Mac? I'm not a Mac user myself, so my knowledge is very limited.
