Hello! I have had my Iconic for about 6 weeks......for the first 4 weeks I LOVED IT.....but about 2ish weeks ago I noticed it wasn't syncing regularly to my Iphone.......it was hit or miss. Then a couple of days later it quit syncing all together. I have tried everything on these boards.....so then deleted my device and the app to try and set them both again.....but when trying to pair them....I get to where the phone is supposed to find the device, it notes it is found, but continues to run at the bottom saying "connecting to tracker". I was on the phone last week with FB and then again this past Friday (and they emailed me more steps) for over an hour.... Can anyone help? I am waiting on FB to email me back as well. Thanks....

There are a lot of syncing issues around at the moment so you are not alone. I am sure fitbit is working to resolve them. I find persistance works the bestl jus keep on trying to sync. Sorry, not much help, but hang in there and I am sure (hope!) It will be resolved soon.
