It says this on my watch face,This app requires the “internet” permission to be granted, I’m on wi-fi Bluetooth it says connected but still says this

Is it a fitbit watchface? If not, swap to a fitbit one and see if that works OK

My guess is that it is a paid watchface and you have finished your free trial period, but I well could be wrong there.
