Is there any way I can import gpx files (my previously recorded walks) into my FitBit account?

No, Fitbit doesn't allow importing GPX or TCX or FIT or anything else.

 

For new activities, it is possible to have Endomondo or Strava sync to Fitbit and create a manual activity. However Fitbit doesn't allow importing HR or GPS (or cadence, power, etc), so the imported activity is pretty lame and missing the interesting stuff.
