Walk being logged as a run

I walk a lot everyday quite quickly , this is then logging an auto run and bringing my cardio fitness score down, also when this does it automatically it won’t let me complete the run .. and just sticks on the excercise? Any ideas?

@speno1981 I hope you're doing well! What do you mean by it sticks to the exercise? Once you sync, you should see that "run" on the exercise list on the app, no need to manually complete/end it. Once you stop doing the activity, it will automatically complete it.

You can also change the activity that was automatically tracked. From "run" to "walk" for example. This is how you do it on the app:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Exercise tile.
  2. In your exercise history, tap the exercise to open the details and choose a different category.

There is also the option to turn off SmartTrack if it is mistaking your movements. Take a look at this steps:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Exercise tile.
  2. Tap or click the gear icon, and then tap or click the target exercise and turn off the auto-recognize setting.

Check this article for more details about SmartTrack.

Hope this helps. Keep me posted! Smiley Happy
