Inconsistent syncing with Oppo A57

My Fitbit ionic  fails to sync with my phone oppo A57..whenever I open the Fitbit app it says a phone restart is required to enable syncing and to receive notifications and after doing the restart it would only work for an hour or two then the syncing stops again ..please help me through this ..thanks

Unfortunately I dont see your phone on the Supported Devices List which is probably why you are having problems. All you can do is try all the steps in THIS Help Article on syncing problems.
