Incorrect time on Ionic

So I have been having issues with my Fitbit Ionic for over a week now.  The time will not keep accurately, and I am losing time throughout the day due to?  I have worked with Fitbit on about 7 different occasions to shut down my Ionic, and restart it, approx 2 times per day.  I have done a Factory reset, I have updated my Fitit app and my Iphone app.  I still cannot connect correctly to Fitbit app with fitbit, and every day I wake up and the time on my fitbit is off by, on average 40 minutes.  Every morning I connect my fitbit to my comptuer, and currently it was synced to computer 3 1/2 hours ago and my time on my Ionic is off by by 6 minutes so far.  I will have to plug back into my computer to reset.  My Ionic was working perfectly fine up until a couple of weeks ago, when they rolled out the new firmware for these new fitbits....or something.

Literally my fitbit is a piece or worthless garbage now, and they won't stand behind their product.  This is my 3rd fitbit, and I guess it's time to move on.  Waste of money and time with these people!

Hi @SunsetRunner, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. Let me share with you that our Fitbit devices use your mobile device's information to display the time with the syncing process, therefore, by simply syncing your Ionic it should display the time that’s configured on your phone. However, this may also also be fixed by updating the time zone in your Personal Settings. For step-by-step instructions, please check our help article: How do I change the time on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.

Let me know if further assistance is needed, I’ll be here.
