Incorrect time on watch

I did live chat a couple of days ago as the time on my Ionic was wrong by almost 45 mins. They said I needed to sync it which I did even though it says all day syncing & the same thing has happened 3 days running now - has anyone else had this issue & what corrected it please?

@Lemontop, have you done a Restart on the Ionic, and then synced it again?  This often corrects this issue.

I have restarted watch. Deleted device and re-installed. Removed app and re-installed. Synced after everything and last night it did say the right time for a few minutes but it’s now about 45m slow again this morning. I’ve done live chat and they’ve talked me through the same things but am unable to get through on live chat or phone yesterday so I’ll try again today.

I have had the same thing happen to my Ionic three times. In my case the problem was resolved by itself (after a sync I guess).

 

But I was extremely surprised that a smartWATCH could be off by 40 minutes.

I’ve tried it yet again. I think the problem is the sync with the app on my phone but I’ve been through what I can there as well. It’s very frustrating and the watch is useless as it is. Does anyone know why the free phone number for Fitbit seems to not exist?

Thanks. I have spoken to them at length today and even Fitbit are baffled. Gone through every possible combination to try and correct it - they are sending a new one !
