Incorrrect time

After traveling into a different time zone area and returning time has not reset!

Please restart your fitbit and sync at least twice.  

Please let us know if this works or not.  

 

Below are the directions for restarting:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If your Fitbit doesn't work normally, please turn your watch off and on again.

To turn off watch:

On your watch, open the Settings app User-added image > About > Shutdown > confirm the shutdown.

To turn your watch back on, press any button.
