Hi...so, my ionic has stopped displaying basic information. It won's me my current heart rate, steps etc. but, I can see it if i make my way to the "today" side. And, i can see my steps in the app after i sync it. I've restarted the device but, not sure what else I need to do.

@chasmasb One question - are you using the Fitbit clock or a third party watch face?
I have had some issues with third party watch faces where the interface gets locked up. The way out is to replace the watch face with another one and then go back to the watch face you want. Even if you are using the Fitbit watch face, try switching back and forth and see what happens.

Hello @chasmasb, it's good to see you around in the Community forums.
I'm sorry to see that you've experienced trouble to see your information in the Ionic's display; thank you for confirming that you already tried the restart procedure.
Before considering other options, please try changing to a different clock face and check if you continue to have the same problem, as @wtksk8r mentioned.
Please keep us posted on the outcome.

Thank you for the suggestion. I was not using a third party clock. However, I still used your recommendation and changed to a new clock. That fixed the problem. Thank you!!!!
