Initial update time for ionic

Just got the Ionic for Christmas! Super excited!  I have been downloading the initial setup for over 2 hours using a bluetooth connection. The blue status bar is a little over a third of the way over. I am using a S5. How long should this take?

You could be there for a while, is there a computer that you could switch to?  If you set it up via computer, it should only take minutes.

Thx for the advise. I think I'm going to wait for hopefully no more than 3 hours to finish. Still have my old fitbit. So no big hurry.  If this fails I will try your way. Thx again!

The download depends on your internet connection.  I started my setup in my car when I bought mine and used my phone as a hotspot and it took like 30 minutes or so but when I got home I disabled my connection to my phones hotspot and hooking into my wify. After the download the install shouldn't take but 10-15
