I am getting the screen message ‘This app requires the “Internet” permission to be granted’. I’ve restarted a couple of times and tried to figure out what app. The message won’t let me see the clock face.

It is probably the clock face you are using. Change it to another clockface (preferably a fitbit one as they should work fine) to see if that solves the issue.

Not knowing what phone you have @FitPickle, on my Android, I tap this message and it takes me to the OS settings page where i grant access.

Rich, thanks for the help however I have an iPhone and when I tap on the message nothing happens

Like I have mentioned before @FitPickle, when asking about a phone problem it is very helpful to include the phone type. 

 

I don't know anything about managing app permissions on IOS but a search brings up.

However it is not clear if your reffering to the Fitbit app or an app on the Ionic?
