It is probably the clock face you are using. Change it to another clockface (preferably a fitbit one as they should work fine) to see if that solves the issue.

Not knowing what phone you have @FitPickle, on my Android, I tap this message and it takes me to the OS settings page where i grant access.

Best AnswerLike I have mentioned before @FitPickle, when asking about a phone problem it is very helpful to include the phone type.
I don't know anything about managing app permissions on IOS but a search brings up.
