Hi,

 

My ionic is not working properly as it is not connecting to Phone and the display time is slow when compared to live. While doing a workout, the ionic is getting struck.

 

I tried to restart and Reset to factory settings several time, but nothing has come out good.

 

Can anyone help me what to do with this.

If what you have tried so far (restarts and factory reset) have not fixed thw problem you will need to contact Support (link in my signature )
