Can anyone assist with why my 3 month old watch has decided to switch off and won’t come back on. I’ve followed all the advice / tips FitBit have suggested and nothing. It’s been on charge now for 22 hours so I know it’s not a battery fault.
John Lewis will not exchange/refund so now I’m £249 out of pocket and now out of pocket with a watch. Anyone else had the same issues and how were they resolved? Thanks in advance

Best AnswerI'm not sure what directions your being asked to follow.
Normally the ionic, if it is charging, will soon turn on automatically while charging and you should be good.
Are you sure that it is charging.?
Checked and cleared any dirt between the plug and the ionic?
Cleaned the contacts with isopropyl alcohol?
Tried several different charging ports?
Already have and they are telling me to follow certain instructions none of which work.

Thanks for your message
customer support had sent me two things to try and nothing.
Ive tried different plugs and sockets and sadly still nothing. It’s the second one I’ve had and I won’t be having a third. Absolute pile of rubbish
Best AnswerI am having the same problem with my Ionic, it shuts down in the middle of a workout with no notice...I restart it by holding the left and bottom right button for about a minute. But this is very annoying, it looses my work out info and steps.
