I've just changed my mobile to a Samsung Galaxy S10e and when I downloaded the Fitbit app all functions were working but 1 by 1 the functions are disappearing from my app. It started with the heart monitor and has now progressed to the sleep monitor and exercise tracker.

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.
