Hi folks. I have a ionic adidas version. im not a happy chappy again what is it with fitbit watches. my battery ran out on Saturday i plug the charger in to charge it and its not switching on at all. ive tried holding in each button but not turning on. i plug the charger in nothing. i havent had it long too. me a fitbit watches dont get on lol. im fuming.

@GAWA99 Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for taking the time to report the situation you had experienced with Ionic not charging or turning on. Thanks for trying those steps in order to sort this out and for sharing those details.
I'd recommend trying the steps shown on this helpful article for batteries that are not charging. Cleaning the contacts, which is the first tip shown there, has been very helpful for other users experiencing the same.
As for the restart steps you did; can you make sure you did the steps shown here? Try them again if needed.
If non of that works; please try changing the clock face. This has resulted good for some users too.
Try that out and let me know how it goes!
