I got my ionic adidas today. When i set it up, it does not have the adidas face clock, i have tried to change the face clock as well. It also doesn’t have the adidas app. I made sure i use the adidas selection when syncing to my app. I reinstalled it once already. Still same result.

@Meghan617 Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for reporting the situation you are experiencing with Ionic Adidas Edition.
Are you sure you have an Ionic Adidas Edition? The wristband should look like the one on this picture. Is this the one you have?
Did you purchased your watch at the Fitbit Store?

Yes, the box says Fitbit adidas. I have the breathable wrist band that is two toned grey on top White in the bottom. I attempted to hard reset it and when i set it up again i noticed it seemed different my clock face was lime green and it looked more like the adidas set up i imagined. Then it went back to the original ionic look out of no where.
