When sleeping with the Fitbit Ionic Adidas Edition on, I found that the strap disconnected in the middle of the night. I was using the size large strap that comes with the Adidas Edition. This occurred during my first 24 hours of using this watch. Is this normal behavior, something I could expect to happen periodically, or something that should never happen?

Have you made sure that the strap is connected properly? You have to push it in with quite a bit of force, and should hear a click when done successfully. Also to confirm the strap is secured, it's best to give it a little pull.

As far as I know it was connected correctly. If I am the only one with this problem, that is good to know. It would be more likely that I didn't connect it correctly then.

Hey there @SunsetRunner, thanks for stopping by! I was thinking the same than @N8teGee, this is a good way to start.
If you look at the bottom of the band make sure there tab pops back out. It takes, at least on mine, a little force and wiggling to get it to pop. Once it does that it is attached. If not it will come right off (had this happen). The connection is a little too tight for it to cleanly small on its own from what I've seen and tried.
You can also take a look at our video tutorial on attaching and removing bands.
I'm leaving an image below, maybe it can be of help too.
