Anybody else had issues with the strap starting to split ? Had my Ionic approx 2 months & the strap has started to split but apparently the complete watch has to be returned/replaced? Surely just issue a replacement strap as still under warranty? Not a great customer service!

The only thing I can think of us that band is not sold by itself so they have no way to replace juatjthe band .
Your better off asking CS why .
