Just bought the Fitbit Ionic Adidas watch.
All day I've been faced with sync errors and can't do this, can't do that. Frustrated isn't the word. I'm hoping it's the app as opposed to the watch itself but already my first impressions are far from positive.
I'm close to just returning the product. I can't be dealing with such incompetent technology. It's extremely poor. Non of the "solutions" on the forums or Google work. I've restarted, uninstalled, reinstalled, you name it I've done it. I've persevered for hours with no success.
I'm decent with tech but this garbage doesn't seem to be having any of my troubleshooting.
Any help would be gratefully received.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @tomDOODS! Thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot this syncing issue, nice way to go!
Note that you must first select Ionic, then select Fitbit Ionic: adidas edition as your device. For more set up instructions, see How do I set up my Fitbit device?. Also, I would like you to confirm that you have a supported device, this will make the syncing smoother because these type of mobile devices haven been fully tested by Fitbit and they appear on this list. If so, have you checked that the app is up-to-date?
If you keep having difficulties syncing your Adidas edition, try the following steps on this article Why won't my Fitbit device sync?.
