Hi, 

I have been so loyal to the products for the past 5 years and you could only imagine how sad I am tht my Ionic Adidas have been recording my heart rate inaccurately.

 

I would like to attract the developer/admin's attention as to how to I resolved this issue soonest possible, pls.

Hello @88_Anon_88 and welcome to the Community.  The Ionic is a discontinued model and was replaced by the original Versa.  The newest Versa series is the Versa 3.  It is unlikely that Fitbit will release a firmware update on a model that was discontinued more than two years ago.

I am also moving your post to the Ionic forum, a better fit for your issue.
