Morning All - Re Ionic, the most over priced, over rated, non performing product ever introduced into the fitness tracking market. Cannot sync, notify, and now lost alarms. How do I re-set, spent too much useless time wasting on that clunky dashboard. Thanks

What type of mobile device are you using? Is it showing under the compatible devices list?
If it is not syncing, please try these syncing troubleshooting steps to sort that out. Try them in the order given there for beast results.
If notifications are not working properly, try these notifications troubleshooting steps. The order of the steps is very important for this one as well.
It is strange that alarms were lost, please try to set them up again by following the instructions here. Remember that for an alarm to be saved you need to sync your watch right after setting it.
