So this morning I had an update on my Samsung S9+ for the Fitbit app. Which then caused my watch to display the message "Clock Error Go to the Fitbit Mobile App and try another clock face" - BTW I was using the "ASK Weather" clock face and it is great!
So I open the app, am surprised that it syncs and then I go and select one of the official Fitbit clock faces. As you can see in the picture this is the result!!
Are you guys intentionally trying to sabotage this product? All of this is just baffling to me.. by far one of the worst purchases ever.

You try a restart of your device? Sometimes that is the first thing to do.
let us know what happens.

Thank you my friend! If I had 10 cents for every time I have restarted, reset, connected, disconnected both this watch and my phone and computer trying to get it to just work I would have enough money to buy another decent smart watch company. I have even waited for the moon to be full, I have tried in low tide and high tide, I have tried facing east, no luck.. same thing with north, south and west... bottom line is this is just a piece of garbage.

The versa 2 works great with androids.. I have an iPhone and I don’t get anywhere near what androids get.. sad but true. I was with a friend of mine and she gets notifications and can even reply to phone calls and texts.. I’m thinking if they don’t work with iPhones I’m going to return it..
many comments??

Unfortunately you have to blame Apple for the notification issues you are experiencing. When IOS 13 was released, Apple changed the way that notifications are handled but neglected to let developers know!! Probably to 'encourage' everyone to buy an Apple watch.
It's not just Fitbit who have the problem, Garmin's also have issues with notifications with iPhones.
Fitbit are working on it, but as you can appreciate it's not a quick process to establish what the changes are and how to circumvent them especially when Apple refuse to share the APIs that are needed to make notifications work again.
