Ionic Battery Decline

Hello,

Similar to many posts on this channel, I purchased my ionic in July 2020 and it was working great. Last week I stopped receiving notifications and after multiple attempts to get it working I did a factory reset. Now the battery only lasts a few hours!! 

Things I have tried post battery issue:

- restarting the watch

- removing it from the app and reinstalling it

- removing it from the app, doing a factory reset, and reinstalling the app and watch to my phone.

I'm at the end of my tether with this unit, any help would be appreciated.

@Schnicklepickle, since your Ionic is less than a year old, you need to contact Fitbit Support to get help with this problem. Click on the Help link at the bottom of this page, and select Get Support.
