I want to buy an fitbit with a screen who shows the time permanently.

I don t want to press a button or the screen before notice the time.

Question: does any fitbit show the time permanent? And the ionic in particular?

No, there are no devices that serve as a watch. If you search the Feature Suggestions forum you will find a number of suggestions for that feature that you can vote for.  Remember, it is not necessary to press a button to turn on the clock face, you can simply tap the screen to turn it on.  Or, you can enable the Quick View feature to turn it on when you lift your arm.
