All of a sudden, my Ionic has gone from lasting 4 - 5days on a charge to less than 24 hours. I am charging it in the morning and evening, otherwise it does not last through the night. I have tried a factory reset, no change. The Ionic is only 18 months old. Any clues?

Its the latest firmware update. Speak with fitbit support to get a replacement. They make you do a battery test before hand. Good luck.

My Fitbit died in December of 2019 due to a Fitbit firmware update. They replaced it with what they are telling me a new Fitbit Iconic (Refurbished) which had worked for 1 1/2 months before turning into a dead brick. I called last week to customer service overseas as they do not have USA support only to be turned down for a replacement due to Fitbit software update. Brian (Supervisor) gave me a case # 34411982 and he told me to not expect a call or e-mail reply from Fitbit. Battery stays at 0%. How is that for customer service. Good Luck !
