Ionic Battery died

My fitbit Ionic was working fine - went for a run and came back and the battery was dead.  It won't charge, it won't come on and it won't sync to my phone.  I've tried all the steps I can find to help fix it and it won't.  I've only had this fitbit for 18 months.  A little expensive for the battery to die and not turn back on even when on the charger.

You need to get it to reset.  Hold all three buttons down for 10 seconds then it should charge.

Thank you.   I was able to get it reset and it's working again.

Thanks, after holding all three(3) buttons in for upwards of 30 secs the fitbit logo appeared and then the normal screen face returned. I was surprised to see that the battery was also charged to 100%. Very relieved.
