Over the last week my ionic battery has got worse and worse, I have taken all the steps they recommend to help preserve battery life, now it doesn't even last a couple of hours.
It used to last days without charge, now I need to charge it constantly and can't wear it when sleeping as the battery dies within a couple of hours of being asleep. I have emailed support as it is only just over a year old and shouldn't be happening? Waiting for a response. Has anyone else had the same problem? Anyone else have any tips on what to do!

Same here and this is a replacement Ionic they sent me about 6 months ago. Working fine and then started to power drain very quickly followed all advice apart from factory reset because I didn't get the chance before it completely lost all power and now it wont charge at all, it's completely dead.

I just received my ionic YESTERDAY, fully charged it, went to sleep, woke up four hours later and it was DEAD!! Down to a complete 0%!! I am honestly so disappointed, I think it’s funny.

I have this morning had a reply from the support team. giving me advice on how to charge my Ionic and even telling me to restart it ... IT IS DEAD as I explained I have tried all my charging cables all the different ways of charging I felt very patronised by the answer. Yes I know they have to go through this procedure. But after waiting for days for a reply and you get and email about how to charge your fitbit it just adds to the frustration. My Ionic is already a replacement one they sent me so i have now on my 3rd Ionic.

Hi. within a few hours since the reply from the fitbit crew they have now agreed to send my second replacement Ionic. I just hope that this one lasts much longer. My advice is get them to replace it or the alternative they give is a 50% discount on any purchase. I just remained polite but factual and they have now agreed to replace it. Hope you get sorted very soon.

Thanks for all your replies!! Its getting worse and have had a response off the support team advising on a battery test, which I have carried out and informed them that it lasted for officially 3 hours (no tracking, no GPS, no exercise really), hopefully can get it sorted ASAP as I do love the watch but currently its not fit for purpose.
Thanks again!
