Depends what you’re doing with it. If tracking gps activity and listening to music, or have an always-on watchface, then yes, a day is probably pretty good going. Failing that, I suggest trying a restart a couple of times and see how you go. Could be a h/w issue but without more info or testing it’s hard to say.
