This isn't an easy question to answer. There's no way to guarantee that impacts won't harm the fitness tracker, but we've had people posting here that are using it successfully for kickboxing, boxing and MMA. Keeping the tracker covered with the glove or a wristband is helpful to protect the screen from impact.
