Hi! The battery on my Ionic is draining much more quickly than it used to. I am having to charge multiple times per day. I've followed the troubleshooting steps and there's no difference. I've uninstalled all unused apps and I have the same clock face that I've had for months (it's not animated). Im not using any apps that require wifi or GPS. What else can I try?
The majority of users had this problem after updating to the latest version. Check the top post about the firmware. I would try and get a replacement sent out Speak with support.
