Hello, due to a problem I got my ionic fitbit changed but the new one has problem with calibration. Whenever I try to calibrate it shows the red cross and asks me to repeat the operation.
I wrote to the support but I got no response so far.
I tried to restart many times, factory reset, update and everything else but it looks useless as the problem persists.
Can anyone help me?

Same problem here and real solution not found. I continue to use Fitbit still, but I won't buy any Fitbit in the future. Real solution, for example, Fitbit repair shops, or exchange a new one with all my data transfer.
